I realized this morning I need to back in at home. Half asleep and trees behind me, that's not gonna be good one morning :anonymous:

I moved the gravel from in front of our house when we moved in to the side, we didn't want to park in front of the house. It rained Saturday so I got some straw from a guy and decided to put some grass on it yesterday. Got Cole to get his plugger we got from a guy and he ask if he could put some weights for the Hustler mower on it, I said yeah. It was a little more than the tongue could hold.

Hot glued it back together and he was off.

He went over it about 20 times.

    IMG_9213.jpg

Then helped me straw it, I think I got 5 chiggers from that straw :annoyed:

Looks great! You know, I have gotten most everything in and on me in my 60 years, but no chiggers. I also am immune to poison ivy and oak too. I slept in a patch one time! My wife gets them every year in the garden but I somehow manage to avoid them.

I've always been able to look at poison ivy and get it, when I was a kid I had it all the time. Same way with chiggers, early hunting season, going fishing, etc. I get them frequently.

The ticks this year have been ridiculous! Couldn't walk to the shed without getting one on me. The mosquitos are fierce this year as well; soon as you walk out into the garage they'll eat ya up! :annoyed:

I forgot about ticks, they are awful here this year as well!!!

Thought I had a tick on my lower back the other day, got my wife to look at it and pull it off with tweezers, she didn't have her glasses on and after she pulled it off she said it wasn't a tick

Not sure what this customer is doing with these. Had to drill the hole and cut the pocket for the tubing to fit.

The lantern flies land on me while I'm working. It's very distracting cause the don't feel much different from bees. :annoyed:

There's a few of those lanternflies around the house, but they're everywhere at work over in Maryland o_O
