Rear windows on my ‘16 DCSB work intermittently from driver window control panel. More often they don’t work. Rear windows work from the respective door window switch. Replaced the driver window control panel but same problem. Any ideas?

Have you made sure there are no loose or corroded connections? Were there any mods done to the truck?

Have you had your battery die or disconnect it recently? You may need to do a reset to fix the issue.

Had this issue on my 22. Used the old Subaru trick of holding each button down on drivers panel for 5 seconds and then holding in up position for 5 seconds. Do only one window at a time. Sometimes you may need to disconnect and reconnect the battery before trying this for it to fully reset.

I think he's referring to general operation as the rear windows aren't one touch. Check out what the switches share beyond the switches themselves. As @RedWings44 said, check connections for corrosion, particularly at the panel to switches and door harness to the body.

For others that may end up here trying to fix the one-touch operation for the front windows or sunroof, @OBXPaul and @PTSDTherapy are spot-on. The industry terms for that are to initialize or calibrate the component. Same thing on any other vehicle when you lose power or the control module derps out. Run the component all the way to the end stop in every direction and it should resume one-touch functions, windows, seats, sunroof, power rear liftgates, etc. If the first run doesn't do it, run to each end stop and give it another bump before going to the next direction.

Edit for some supporting diag logic:
Since the windows always work from their respective door switches, that 99% rules out anything in the rear doors like those switches, the regulators, their power supplies or grounds. Avoid throwing parts until you find something screwy, no matter how tempting it may be.

Is that true if you disconnect the battery, even if its an access cab? If so, gotta remember that when it comes time to replacing the battery in my truck.

Yes, but it doesn't happen all the time. I have disconnected my battery multiple times and never ran into this issue, but a lot of others have.

^^^^^^ This. I changed out my battery and didn't have this issue, but others have said they did.

Thank you everyone for your replies. The only mod I think that may be affecting it is the front camera install. The kit that comes with the module so you can control the camera from the steering wheel controls. I’ll try that and see what happens. Is the button reset (holding it down for 5 secs in the down and up positions) only for single touch controls?

Yep, the reset procedure is in the Owners Manual.
