Hey guys, I’d love to tune my truck for better mpgs and performance/shifting, but I live in the Middle East and I don’t know if I should trust the tune shops here. Is there a way to order an obd device with a preset tune for my truck from the usa? Which tune would yall recommend? Or can I get a tune here and tell them exactly what I want? Thanks.

You can order the vFTuner tuning kit, and then buy tune packs from whatever tune company you're wanting to run.

I did, but personally I tuned myself back to stock after my regear. I found the tuned throttles to just be too jumpy for my low gears. Manual transmission though. They did make the truck a bit sportier but overall I’m happy with the power levels of stock, applied to the lower gears.
