    Hey guys and gals
I’m looking to drop my 18 limited. Any suggestions or does anybody know if I can bag it instead?

I've seen a few other Tacomas ruined in such a manner; not sure if they were RWD or 4WD models. The question is, "Why?"

Sort of like why people buy bull bars, raptor lights, Cai, exhaust. Lol because they can. Doesn't make it a good idea though.

Not many people on here go that route so your resources will be limited. I recommend doing some more research outside of the forum and then you’ll be able to ask more specific questions that may arise. You’ll have better luck that way and it’ll reduce the peanut gallery that’ll inevitably give you shit that you’re not going to lift it 3” on 5100, put on some 285 ko2’s, black wheels, and add a bunch of armor and lights that will never be used.

I think slammed trucks look cool. I would never do it to my own truck obviously but so what if it makes some folks happy.

Id say check with the parts manufactures to see if they make the parts to do this and then photoshop your truck with the drop you envision. You could even take a side view photo and a razor knife and trim the body from the wheels and then move the 2 sides up and down to see if it is doable . Its your truck and you build it any way you want.

Yes. Both extremes are just as awful.
To be helpful, I just drew a graph on the back of a napkin.

A thread like this makes me wonder how this forum ever displaced TTORA and customtacos.

With the right tools and know-how, you can do whatever you want! Its not all that common, so you likely won't get much help from here, but that doesn't mean it can't be done.

My take on a slammed 4WD Tacoma, regardless of model, is it will be good at exactly..., nothing.

Lol no. They have sold over a million in stock configuration. Trust capitalism, they are going to make what the people will buy. Stock it is.
And, you used graph paper. And a nice pen.
I used a used napkin. And a sharpie. and my right hand.
    Cheater.

Thanks, I didn’t take my OCD meds today.

Stock is great, but according to my chart lift is even better, to a point, then quickly plummets to awful as you approach monster truck territory. On the other hand, all lowering is pretty terrible.
