I wouldn't call 200k low mileage. Thanks for the info on his truck.

Updated mileage at 311.000. Only thing I’ve replaced thus far was the blower motor which went out on Monday at ~310,000.

You need to start the 300k thread. That is awesome.

Actually running the Firestone Destination LE2, P265/65R17. Same tire it came stock with. I’ve had really good success getting 80k or so out of each set of them so I’ve stuck with them. Also, it’s pretty much all highway driving for me so I haven’t ventured into any off-road set ups, too much road noise on long drives. Maybe when I retire her from the daily driver when she hits 400,000 I’ll change it up. Or just keep pushing for the 500,000 mile mark.

Is your timing cover leaking oil? Any leaks at all?

It helps if you change it 3x a year and drive freeway only

2018 OR.. 152k and counting. No plans to sell anytime soon.

Just did the brakes for the first time last week.

On my 3rd set of tires that I purchased December last year, still holding up great.. 2nd set of UltraTerrains.

No other repairs or problems *knocks on wood*

Basically all stock with sliders, pro grill, and some Meso goodness. Oil every 5-10k. Recalls or any other things taken care of.

FYI the additive packages for an ACEA or VW 501 oil is much beefier than what's used in conventional and cheap synthetics in the US and rest of the world. ACEA additive packs treat at like 14-16% of the product and while a good synthetic base oil helps, the additive is what really makes a difference. The cheap API SP/dexos1 stuff here is at like 7-8% treat rates and only top tier stuff like M1 EDGE etc. treat anywhere near the ACEA level stuff. Your supertech and kirkland stuff is pretty much the conventional additive pack in a synthetic base oil.

That's also why Europeans would pay 100 euro for an oil change but only do it every year or two as that stuff was so robust.
