I don’t know who the thought using flat head screws for the mounting hardware on a pedestal sink was a good idea.
But I played hell trying to get them “tight”. Anyone that’s dealt with that type sink know what I’m talking about. There’s about 3” off and nearly no room work with.
And flat screws…….

I've been cussing engineers for the past 40 years, usually it's over the locations or placements of nuts and bolts.

 

This is the third oddly-optioned 3rd Gen Camaro that I've seen in roughly a year and a half, and the only that I've seen with A/C!

Mint condition V8 3rd Gens are a dime a dozen, but I routinely geek out when I see one with a V6; I have yet to see a 3rd Gen Camaro with the 2.5L 4-banger in person. The last oddly-optioned 3rd Gen that I saw was actually a Z28, and it of course had the V8...

 

The gold on beige 1982 Berlinetta that I saw in Fleetwood back in 2022 had no intermittent wipers, no power windows or locks, and no A/C. The lack of A/C in a Berlinetta shocked me, because I thought that the Berlinetta was supposed to be the upscale "luxury" trim. It did have tilt steering, an AM/FM cassette, and the bizarre analog electric clock in the center console. This red one lacks intermittent wipers and power windows/locks, but unlike the Berlinetta it has an automatic transmission. It also has the factory Delco tape deck...

 

The owner was not around, and the license plate yielded no results on Carfax, so I do not know the exact year. However, a member of a Facebook Group that I'm in called Underappreciated Survivors (1973-2004) believes that it is a 1987 based on the presence of a third brake light...

 

I lied; I saw this oddly-optioned 1984 Camaro V6 at a car show back in May...


May 6th, 2023:

Pottstown, Pennsylvania

 

This car has pretty much the same options as the red car above; V6, automatic transmission, A/C, tilt steering, and no intermittent wipers. It seems to have just had an AM/FM stereo, but the factory radio was replaced with a modern Bluetooth CD player...

 

I test drove an 86 or 88, i cant remember now. But i was on base and i hit the gas and rear got away from me and i ended up doing a 360° in middle of the road...i took it back and said no thanks!

 

My folks briefly owned a 4 cylinder 5 speed. Mom couldn't learn to drive it so it was flipped.

At least 86 based on the CHMSL

 

You would have liked my 84 then..giggle

 

Earlier today on my way home from work; I haven't had a "symmetry" moment in a couple thousand miles!
