    Sounds like the truck put itself into limp mode. Is this a legit pedal commander or one of those knock-off $60 ones? Either way, disconnect the thing. If the CEL is still on afterward and the truck is still in limp mode, disconnect the negative battery and let it sit for a few minutes. Your truck will at least be out of limp mode. After a bit of research, I personally ended up steering away from throttle controllers and just deal with it for now. Seeing that pedal commander charges $300, perhaps just getting a tune would be a better option.

    Not the first PC that's caused this. That accelerator connection was never meant to power something like that. Spend the extra $100 and get a tune, you will gain a lot more than just throttle tip-in.
