I dig them overall, they're just overkill for my use with the Taco.

The only issue I've had is subjective - they're on the louder side at highway speeds. I'm fairly used to it, but passengers have occasionally noticed. Other than that, I think they're great and hope you like them!

Cool, cool. Can I ask how many miles you put on them and how well you think they wore? I was kinda surprised to see that they have a 50,000 mile warranty.

I have about 10k miles on them, two tire rotations, and haven't noticed much wear at all. If you're curious I'll take a tread depth measurement.

Definitely going to snag them :D I don't regret getting the X3s, they were a decent price, are wearing well, handle far better on road then I thought a mud tire could, and they look good too. All of that being said the road noise is just a bit much for me with how many miles I put on highways. So once I have the Mickeys some 265 75 16 grabber X3s will be for sale for a outstanding price for fellow Wisconsin fellas.

It appears I will be dropping roughly 10 lb per corner as well which is always a good thing.

Another drizzly misty gray weather day no matter where I went along areas adjacent to Hwy 29 or thereabouts. Stedman Park Falls was pretty nice but super sketchy cliffside nearly slid me into the river lol.

    IMG_0237.jpg

Jordan Park also had some unexpected nice waterfalls and rapids. Pleasantly surprised.

    IMG_6325.jpg

    IMG_6328.jpg

Little Wolf River Falls was supposed to be a quick stop, you can see this right from the road.

    IMG_6340.jpg

Then I peeled downstream and heard some other moving water noises. Spent a silly amount of time and almost lost a boot in a mud hole but found the downstream rapids. There are 4 total drops like this one.

    IMG_0245.jpg

Scouted some hard to access locations and struck out, but found one not on my list while driving through some tiny town. View is just some rapids from an overpass but there is more down there, have to use the drone. Out of daylight today though.

    IMG_0247.jpg

Broke my Kelly chair two days ago at Tigerton, very surprised how it snapped the seat upright. Bought a new cheapo chair at Wally World and it was broken right out of the package (didn’t find out until back at camp though). Returned and upgraded to this rocker jobby and now I’m on chair #3 in as many days. Add to the list of equipment I’m cursed with - pop up canopies and camp chairs.

    IMG_6350.jpg

Back at Tigerton tonight, hopefully tomorrow I can get done what I should’ve done sooner. Looks like they got even more rain here today, lots of fresh standing water. Probably pretty chill day tomorrow just photo’ing Tigerton with drone, doing some homework so I can not have to do it this weekend, and maybe watching the Packers beat the Lions. Go Pack Go and be excellent to each other my TW fellows.

Great to see your updates here. A lot of the guys here have seen my Kickback Rocker chair with the shocks and commented on it. My wife has the Pod Rocker chair that you got. They're not cheap, but they've both been solid chairs for 5 or 6 years now. Just some burn holes from campfire ash floaters and the occasional squeak from the shocks on mine. Might need a rebuild... Hope yours is as durable and comfortable! I have quite a few sleep (passed out) hours logged in mine.

I need tires too. Single dad life is kicking my assets though. Everyone in the shop got 10% cost of living raises.... except for me and one other line guy. We're confronting the boss/owner about it this Friday at the company BBQ.

As for the mickeys ... full send on your mickey mouse tires. Tell us how they do :D
