Let's See Your Dogs!!

The first time I saw Bothchie I could see her shoulder blade and backbone guessing 4 months old 22 pounds. This picture is after 2 months of hydro therapy. It is still hard to look at that picture

Only had dobermans previously (4 of them one at a time) but during the pandemic when puppies where going for insane prices (dobermans where $5000 cdn) we picked up a doberman shepard mix. Meet Dante ....

Botchie ended up where she needed to be. Good on you sir. Enjoy her for many years to come.

My daughter has a Cane Corso with similar scars as Botchie from someone pouring battery acid on his back. I wonder if thats what happened to Botchie. My thought is that it was done to make him mean so he would fight but it didnt work. Hes the sweetest dog, but 100 lbs of solid muscle with the bite force 3x a pit bull...

 

I have no idea what happened to her but whatever it was she is like yours 100% gentle and calm when the little red dog catches a snake or skunk Botchie retreats to the safety of behind me They are both in a good place now

Our tuxedo cat Harley keeps Dex in check...he can rub up on Dex whenever he wants but if Dex tries rubbing up against him he gets the ol' smackroo







they get along for the most part lol.

 

There would be a fight to the death I'm afraid with Finn and a cat, he just don't get along with them.

 

rember in high school when the 1 guy would flex at the other guy to see if he would flinch. Well Mal. flexes and connie hisses and runs away.

 

Yeah we have 2 cats and the tuxedo (Harley) is very social like a dog is..will approach anyone and everyone for pets and always up to play. So naturally he and Dex get along pretty well most of the time.

Our other cat was a feral rescue and is in constant survival mode. Thinks he's going to get murdered every time Dex comes near him, they don't get along so well lol.
