    Yo,
    I'm a retarded n00b so have patience.
I'm replacing an outer tie rod, getting the old one out was a bear. The new one looks the same as the old and when I go to install it, the knuckle my rod is aiming for is in a totally different angle.

Just bend it with a plyer inwards.

The angle is hard because its new, and the suspension is unloaded so its drooping.

I usually use the box end of a wrench and angle it.

Can you not turn the knuckle to get closer to the tie-rod?
That will help with the angle.
Or is it already maxed out in the turn?

Just commenting to make sure you’re aware you want to try to match the length the new tie rod end protrudes from the inner tie rod similar to how far the old one was sticking out, otherwise you’ll be way out of alignment. Still a good idea to get it aligned as well.
