Just saw this post on the other Tacoma site. The TRD Pro in black. Finally a non white version, and the trailhunter in a short bed

What’s this plastic looking trd logo on the seat? Doesn’t look too comfortable. Also how many Toyota and trd logos do we need inside the damn truck?

Just in case they forget what Tacoma they have? In case the silly monthly payment isn't enough to remind them.

Don't worry, it is offset nicely by the 93 ARB logos on the outside of the truck haha.

Black looks good, as it always does. I'll never own a black vehicle, but it hides the shiny plastic flares well.

It’s pretty strange. It’s probably OK if you are just the right height but if you are too short or too tall it’s going to suck.

A black car does look good. Especially when clean. I've only had 1 white and 2 blacks ones. I'm probably going to be one of the suckers that gets the new Tacoma,a few months into 2024 I might place an order for one, and I'll get black or the dark grey metallic.

I do want to sit in one first though. I really miss our '21 Tacoma

    For a few minutes anyways...

I like the underground color the best of the leaks I have seen so far. I do like the white pro the best of the built trucks, but I'm not buying a pro/TH, and I have serious reservations on buying an 040 coded white truck from Toyota. I currently own a silver truck and I like it, but I probably will go a different direction on the next one.

I haven't had a payment in years and have grown accustomed to that, but I am also weak...

Ah, isn't the underground color like a deep grey/blue? I'm really liking that new color too.

Yeah, once I noticed the white Tacomas start to have that paint peeling issue, I knew that was something I didn't want to bother with.

Yeah, the Pro and TH are nice trucks, but I just don't want to pay that much for a mid-sized truck, or even a full-size one. I don't want the suspension seats, not a big fan of the red interior and seats. The TH is a cool concept, but if I'm putting a suspension on, I want to be involved with what goes on it. The etching in the headlights is neat, so is the badging with the compass. Gives it a unique look.

We only have wifes Rav4 payment, but I do see us having another payment at some point with a Tacoma. I really like them in the mid size market. Just waiting to see the prices and want to play around with the builds to see what's out there.

Or, I might make my way to Toyota Direct for a 3G. They might even have a 4g without all the markup nonsense

At least these trucks don’t look like prototypes. I keep wondering when/if I’ll get used to the new lines.

Huh, I assumed the Pro would have those weird bed rail lights standard. These pics say otherwise.

The bed is weird. The front rail is higher than the side rails. Sure fucks over corner bracket designs. Chock bar makers need to redesign too.

Im going with silver again. The silver on my 2006 is still nearly mint except for the front bumper. And trail stripes buff right out. Amenable color to washing every 6 months too.

    Black looks great.

But that damn interior strikes again. WTF are those shiny black pieces on the seat?! Someone please fire the crew responsible for the interior on this generation.

I can overlook the excessive badging but the iPad on the dash and plastic trim square in the middle of the seat are ruining it for me.

I don’t know what it is. Those seats remind me of those video gaming chairs you can get for kids.
