I have a creek behind my house, because there are a lot of wetlands in the back.

That thing is looking like a white water rafting river with so much damn rain.

 

Same between our house and neighbors. I can hear it indoors, over 3" already here

 

Look what I get to do on Monday.

 

I drove through the monsoon this morning . Pretty sporty all the way to Allentown,Pa. 72 and sunny this afternoon in Va. Mid 70s and sun tomorrow.

leave the foam in the plastic wrap, pull leather skins onto foam, then remove the plastic from the foam. The skins slide on SO much easier over plastic, but after gotta get all the plastic out or "my seat crinkles" will be the next visit.

Looks like some of you got hammered with the rain. Over an inch and still coming down here . NYC is swimming

Nice idea but I have been doing this for forever and when I do them they come out nice.

 

Insurance. The car got wet, we (not me) replaced the carpet and padding. The car still smells so insurance is replacing door panels, rear hatch panel, seat cushions and leather on all seats and some misc stuff. I haven't gone through all the parts yet. I think the job is paying 15 hours labor or something like that. I was told, "we have a project we need you to do". So I stacked the parts in my bay. I'll be doing inventory before I start.

 

Saw one of a moving bus filling up with with water, haven't lived there in a hot minute but I'm very glad I don't lmao

Reminds me of a car I read about on my 911 forum. Minor (relatively) rear end collision at a light. Coffee went flying and got all over extensive leather interior. Car was totalled because of a coffee cup. If this is the cost of sun visors imagine what the dash, etc costs to replace.
