I have not. I will go look them up.

Welp, looks like they don't offer anything for the CRF300.....or Honda at all.

I have had a bunch of exhausts. Wings are by far some of the best IMO.

I just checked their site. They don't have any Honda offerings.

From what I gather from CRF groups, the Yosh is basically the go-to. Graves offers a really nice exhaust, but it's over 1K.....and I just have a hard time putting that kind of money into the type of bike the CRF Rally is. Kinda like putting a diamond on a pig

Do people ever just un-cork the stock exhaust?

I'm sure people have, but it's not something that is common practice.....or at least the ones that do it don't mention it on the groups  This BW is a nice exhaust, but it's loud in my opinion. I've heard the Yosh(never ridden) and for $600.......that's probably the route I end up going. It's not a top priority though.

hahaha you guys both make valid points.

Funny story...this past Christmas around midnight I was watching a movie with some roommates...heard what I thought was an obnoxious harley getting started repeatedly nearby. eventually went to the window to look and it was an incomplete apartment complex that had caught fire. the "starts" I thought I was hearing was transformer boxes near the building blowing up.

    Just found this thread
I once had a 2014 FJR 1300 and man that was a fun bike. Tried to convert it to two up but just couldn't get the wife comfortable.

I have a custom seat from Laam Custom Seats. You send your stock seat to him with a form he has you fill out. He needs your height, weight, and inseam length along with what issues you're having such as sliding forward or the like. There is also Russell Day Long Seats. Same deal but style is a little different.

Initially I just had the front done but later sent the pillion seat in for my g/f to make her more comfortable. When I got it back, on the first ride she could feel the difference in just a few blocks. She's even done an IBA Saddlesore with me on that seat now.

Seth Laam heard that name several times, did have an older RDL on the bike which she really liked. But I got the okay to purchase a 2019 Goldwing Tour DCT so I sold the FJR to do that. PM me as I have some FJR stuff still on the shelf.

I don't ever ride without ear plugs and those Howard Leights are the ones I use. I have a huge box of them, actually.

I want this. Don’t really need it, but would be sweet. Maybe I do this to my RCSB Tundra?!

also AEV doesn't make parts for Toyotas, just dodge and Chevrolet. but id love them to get into Toyotas! you can buy AEV equipped vehicles from dealers

I know nothing about these trucks. My buddy has a 3500 that is nice, but I myself don’t know shit about the motors.

Since the EPA started going after diesel trucks around the mid 2000's their efficiency went down, and complexity went up DRASTICLY. There's not a chance id buy a newer diesel truck unless it was for work and I could write it off completely. For pleasure/personal use a truck without all these components on them is WAY better.... (One of the reasons I love my antiquated 2nd gen tacoma)

You do have to keep in mind I live in a state with SMOG, so if you touch ANYTHING motor/tune/intake/emissions/exhaust (pre catalytic converter / particulate filter) related you fail and cant register. So I am quite biased to older diesel truck as they dont have to abide by those insane rules.

Dont get me wrong, modern Diesel trucks are B E A Utiful and so luxury (as is their $$$$$$). But it isnt for me.

Also... something about working in IT and wanting an EMP blast surviving fully mechanical diesel truck from the early 90s just gives me the fizz. I love technology as it bring in the money... but hate technology in my personal life cus i know how sideways and south it can go literally crippling any and all operations to those ill prepared.

Yup. DEF and EGRs killed the million mile diesels, and not just in pickups. Earned a living with my CDL for several years, and guess which trucks were constantly in the shop and guess what systems were always the problem. It's all the same agenda that pushed corn into gas tanks, and studies have shown it's worse for the environment than regular gas. I imagine the same data will come out regarding DEF in the future. Whether or not it'll be reported is a different story.
