fairly easy. just pop off the side lights first, then the grille ( make sure you use a flathead to push the pins down, otherwise you'll break em and it should pop right off). after that tape 'er up! i put down 3 coats on everything. I waited about 30 minutes between each coat. then let it dry for a couple hours!

you might want to check the plasti dip site and see where else its sold, I know Ace is listed and Here they usually dont carry much of anything, but they had all the colors in stock.... except white of course cause thats the color i wanted.

    Yes.
Lowe's only has black, from what I have seen. According to employees there, Ace and Home Depot may have other colors... Best bet is probably ordering online.

Home Depot is also cheaper than Lowe's, by a couple bucks at least.

I used the white on a set of MX rims. I did just the hubs and left the rims assembled. Came out nice. It took a while to clean the spokes but they all came clean. Nephew raced over the weekend 250 4 stroke finished 10th out of 42 kids at Pagoda Mx track and we power washed it after and it held great. Very pleased. Now were gonna do his crf150 hubs red.

Nice!!! If you don't mind could you get a few more pictures of the grill a little further away? I have a SWB and I hate the chrome grill. I wanted a color match, but this might be the ticket :D

Just stand about 10 feet back from your screen.....:D

I plasti dipped my front skid plate. Since I have unpainted fender flares the grill might look better plasti dipped on my silver Taco. I like that it can be undone so easily. Just peel it off.

Some of you guys with dull fender flare paint jobs should try to plasti dip them.
