    Somebody shoulda replaced the dies months ago cuz that set is beyond worn out o_O
    If the fuzziness is because of wear, one would expect the raised edge on the Obverse to be more worn down as well.
    The raised edge of the Reverse doesn't match.

    Philly = almost New Jersey


    Maybe you should keep that.
    It might be collectible someday.


    If, OTOH, you deliberately ran over that quarter with something very heavy... then all bets are off.
