    The caveat there is.. don’t take on what isn’t yours. What I mean with that is, you can’t make others do things. You can only guide and encourage. If they don’t accept, that’s not on you and you shouldn’t own it. Accept that you did your part and the rest was someone else’s choice. It doesn’t reflect on you. You have to be ok with that. It’s hard to not take things personal, but sometimes others need to own their shit and yo have to let them… rather than trying to rescue.
