They’ve been doing this for years in the Southeast unfortunately. It’s sometimes challenging finding a truck without an XP package or other add on.

All the bolt-on $hit, including the "snorkel" will be standard. Just like the moronic cubbies in the current "Trail" edition.

I have felt that way about every Tacoma generation. They have a strange way of eventually growing on folks though .. just saying....

Imo the first gen access cab was the perfect size truck. If you need a bigger truck then buy a bigger truck. Folks complaining about the truck being too small can go buy an F150, ram, Silverado, etc.

The engineer said it is the identacle length as the third gen. FYI. 30mm taller for the seating position and headroom.

That 30mm sounded nice until I converted it to inches, I mean inch. 1.1inches. Not much, but it gives that much more room

I felt the same way, as long as it fits in my garage. Vehicles IMO are a bit too much to sit out in the elements 24/7. IMO

I've had 2 V6 first gens. I bought the i4 for the long haul and easy diy maintenance. I'll have this truck for the next 20 years and probably have very little problems with it.

I do really like the all black pro, but I despise the gawdy interior labeling and stupid iso seats. Think the other trims are all terrible especially the trail hunter. Who knows. Expecting our first, my truck is paid off but I'd like something with more room for carseats and trips but can't stand the new Tundra either unless lifted. I'm torn.

It really doesn't look bad in this photo. Like the aggressive and abrupt roof line, the small headlamps and shorter grille look nice. Im not a fan of the lines on the bottom of the bumper or the huge gawdy fender flares, but I drive a flare-less SR, so I guess my opinion is null and void in this instance as well.

Time for a T4R. And a trailer I guess. Truck is an ideal 2nd vehicle. Not a great family rig.. your always looking for more interior room or more room in the bed.

I drove by a Toyota dealer today on my way to an errand. They had a shit ton of ugly Tundras. I’m wondering if the Tacomas will sell.
