They are.

I dont keep many in "stock" and happened to sell both sets I had on hand. I also had a set fail on the printer. I have two more sets on the printer now and they should be done by tomorrow.

If you'd like a test subject for the lower wings on halogens, let me know. The pair of lights I repaired with your tabs also had those broken off and I think it would make a huge difference on how they sit if I had those. Unfortunately I don't do my own 3D printing.

 

Let me see what I can make up. The wings take a LOOOONG time to print, even though their isn't a ton of material in them. I have not worked on those in a while, I will have to finish those up

I can imagine. It's a huge piece but I think it's crucial in how these lights will sit once installed. While my repaired headlights are FINE, I'd love that extra security and bounce reduction.

 

Sorry, not been able to consider such long prints recently due to travel. This is still on the back of my mind however

Does a nub of the tab from the headlight need to to be still be present or do theses work with the sets being sold with fully sheared off tabs?

 

The top outer tab does frequently break off flush with the housing. It certainly is better if there is some remaining tab but I have been able to fix mine when there was almost no existing pieces.

In this case take extra effort to clean and scuff the surface for bonding. But aside from that it should work

Are you selling the wings?

 

I have posted cad files for the wings but don't sell them. Due to the size, especially the lower one, the time on the printer and the shipping would mean I would have to charge more than what I think is acceptable for some chunk of plastic. I made the file available so hopefully if folks don't have a printer they can find a local printing service and maybe get them done more cost effectivly
