This big boy is going up on the wall. I've been thinking of ways I could tack him up but I think I'm gonna use an old fiberglass airboat prop I've got laying around to put him on.

I've skinned a few. Cut off the head, make an incision from tip to tail on the underside, and pull. Skin will come off.
