OTOH, If you are already trenching from the house to the garage, now is the best time to add other utilities if you think you might want them out there in the future.

Running water would also be nice.

think of how much this package will add to the eventual resale value too! Hell, it’ll cost you more in the long term to NOT do it all!

Good point! A lot of guys would see a heated garage with a urinal and just say "it's up to you honey! I could live here if it makes you happy."

You weren't hoping for practical advice, were you?

You might have to join a sewing forum if you want some responsible input. ;)

Nope. No mirror, shitty lighting and make sure it always smells like cigars and problem solved.

Actually, if anyone wants to know how to keep women away, I could write a book about how I live my life. Seems to be working pretty well.

Could be a best seller at this rate! I'm already thinking about how I'm going to spend my retirement alone.

Yeah. It's a solid rock 3 stories high that is really steep. I talked to a lady that her husband had flipped their Jeep going up on it last Sept. Trail Mater rescued them and they asked him to not post the video until they were done fighting the insurance company.

I know I asked during work party day and I totally don’t remember, but what the others say is 100% on the money: if you are indeed trenching for electric now is the time. Even if you just bury some extra conduit runs you’ll thank yourself later. Bigger is better and conduit is relatively cheap and super easy to run.
