Hey MD peaps!
I’m in need of a right passenger side door and while I do not necessarily need, am interested in a right rear door as well.

I’ve been searching and I know there are optioned out there. Since there is no harm in asking, does anyone have or know of one or both that are available for sale, preferably in Barcelona Red and with electric windows and door locks, and I’m not picky and and will consider all available colors/functionality.

My landlord backed into my truck and is being a complete dick about it, wont budge on putting it on his insurance and threatened me (my remaining on the property) if I perused legal recourse. I know what some of y’all are going to say but I’m not a coward, I’m just wise enough to know when and where to choose my battles, and unfortunately my current living situation has me in a more than vulnerable position and to make matters doubly unfortunate, keeping the waters calm at this point in my life is bigger than fighting for what’s right, as it relates to this, and I may have to come out of pocket on this all on my own, and that’s fine, I’m not looking for sympathy but if anyone has or knows of a right front and rear second gen door/s for sale in MD or around PA,VA,WV, I’m willing to drive, (preferably in Barcelona Red and electric functionality) please let me know.
I would be most appreciative for any tips of where to look or known deals out there.
I’ve been looking on FB marketplace, but it’s slim pickens. The right front is the priority!

Edit to add: also, fuck your landlord. Go through your insurance and report his ass for blackmail or extortion. If he tries shit, a court would likely award you triple damages.

 

Yes, right passenger side door is the priority.
And I know and I’ll think about it, but like I said, I’m in a tough spot, a highly vulnerable position, and I’m just doing my best to remain calm and objectively focused so as to protect my best interest. But I am open to all avenues, within reason.
Won’t my insurance say, if he hit you it needs to come out of his policy?
And I’m open to it but like I said, he made it very clear what would happen, and while I’m not afraid of him by any means, I could pop this bitch like a pimple if I wanted to, I am fearful of existing in that state of chaos that goes with not having home. There are other things going on as well, personal stuff, when it rains it pours ya know.

As for insurance, that's what you have insurance for. If you know who did it and when, you let your insurance know and they do their thing, depending on your coverage. Since it was clearly his fault for hitting a parked car, if you have comprehensive coverage, insurance should make you whole and then go after his comoany to subrogate, or pay them back for what they had to pay. Often, this includes reimbirsing you your deductible.

As for your landlords claims, any of it in writing? I know you don't want to rock the boat, but if he's willing to threaten you and your living situation over hitting your truck and not wanting to pay for it, what else could come down the pipe that he might use to fuck with you. That doesn't sound like the sort of landlord I want ANYTHING to do with.
