I plan on with in the next month ordering 285/75/16s nittos and moto metal rims with a 3" lift I won't have any rubbing issues at all will I? Also how are the nittos in the snow?

Your gonna have a little bit of rubbing on the mud flaps, and the fenders, but nothing major.

I have 285/65-18's with a 3 inch lift and had to do some minor trimming but nothing major like chris said. I also have the Dune's and their not to great in the snow. Tested them out this morning in an empty parking lot with about 2-3 inchs of snow on the ground. Tested in 4x2 and 4x4. They were okay. But in the end, I had nothing related with this thread!!! Haha!!! WTF was I thinking!!! Hey chris, how do I get those extra little green squares that you have under our user names?

Me too...285/65/18 NTG's with 3" lift. Remove mud flaps and trim just a little and your good. Easy as pie!
