    Here's an odd question.

Anyone have a 4th Gen 4 Runner that can take pictures of how the ebrake cables are running on the rear axle?

My rear axle build will have 4th gen 4 Runner rear disc with ebrake. I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to run the cables across the axle.

5th Gen 4 Runner may be the same, but I'm not sure. All of the brake parts I have are for 4th Gen.

I'm not sure 5th gen is the same. If @SwagThor could take some pictures of his rear axle I'd truely appreciate it.

If you wheel a runner you learn that it’s the second weak spot after IFS. @MyWyfsRnnr helped beef my up tho, both my arms were bent.

Looking for some help or advice. 99 Tacoma. Stock headlights. Nothing fancy.

passenger side headlight is SUPER dim when on. Like basically a running light. Driver side is fine though. New bulbs, no change. Cleaned connector. No change. Where do I look next?

Measure the voltage. Then measure resistance between the headlight ground and chassis. You could have a wire with corrosion or that’s been chewed by an animal.

My apologies, I left so cal late and just got back into town. Figured it was too late to swing or message you. Poor time management on my part.

Could be the relay? Switch with the drivers side and see if the problem follows suit.

This is another possibility. You might also hear it "howl" or see the headlight flicker.

Hoping someone on here may have some trip insights. Hoping to head out to Lassen since it's an area we have never been before. Anyone have any spot or trail recommendations? We've taken tons of fire roads around the PNW but would say we are still newbies, and camp with dogs so national parks a a no go. I saw a decent amount (for cali) first come first serve camp spots around that area so worse case we can always crash there.

Awesome trip summary BTW. We only have 1.5-2 days. Any part you recommend to hit? Really digging the radio satalites.
