    Hey guys,

I'm looking up pick up a new set of wheels for my 01 silver double cab tacoma and wanted to see some of the wheels you guys have put on a silver truck. I like the MT Classic II's but am worried the chrome won't look good with a silver truck and the black would be too much? Suggestions? Anyone have a gunmetal color wheel that looks good on silver? PICS of your silver truck!! :)

Silver always looks good on silver. Black and gunmetal do too.

If you wanna be really different. Blue actually looks good.

I have tossed the idea around for black and for a grey/gunmetal but I dont know too many wheels that come in that color. Thats why I was looking for suggestions and pics.

You can also go to TireRack, input your truck info and then select Wheels. Once it shows you all the wheels, you can "View on Vehicle"

    Might help in your selection.

Don't mean to offend anyone but IMO whoever invented the alternating silver black pattern should be shot. It looks like Poo.

Procomp 8069s in black look pretty darn good on 1st gens. I think Evertaco has these on his silver dc, and taquito has them on gold.

I also like the idea of gunmetal on a silver truck, but the closest I've seen is that dark chrome color. I would love to do my bumpers, grill surround, and wheels all in gunmetal.

Yeah it does look good. I wish I could see it on a silver truck with painted fender flares as well. I feel like that makes a big difference.

Go with moto metal 951 or you could always paint your stock rims graphite. That looks sweet too.
