I have a 2007 Prerunner 4x2. I bought it in the begining of 2009 used with 30,000 miles. The previous owner had made several modifications to the truck, including the tires. It has 265/50/20 all the way around. I have a squeal turning hard to the left or right (and horrible turning radius) , I took it in for an alignment today and was informed that my shocks, struts, and rack & pinion need to be replaced. There is no lift on the truck. Are the issues coming from the tires??

The truck barely has 56,900 and when they aligned today they max out the left chamber and still couldn't get it perfect. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

That tires size should fit with problem, so I'd say your issues are unrelated to the tires.....Are you sure it does not have a lift? Can you post some pics of the front suspension?
