Truck is a 2023 TRD OR ice cap black leather.

All house lights are morimoto brand.
All aux lighting is Baja Designs. Lp9 pros up front clear lenses amber covers same for the squadron pros on the a pillar. The fogs are their next to useless sae approved fogs. They will be getting replaced with pros as well. Gears are 5:29 bought the complete calm shells from east coast gear supply and left the front open rear got the factory elocker. Switch pro 9100 sdhq tire strap Fer the back diamond back HD cover smooth line x with their full size saddle box. Arb front arb rear arb full aluminum skids from caliraised caliraised sliders all line-x step edition sdhq a pillar mounts and switch pro mount. Warn m8000 synthetic flat link pro with rope guard. Hutchinson rock monster double beadlocks 315 70 17 duratracs studded wif grip studs shieet! Also welded on the total chaos cam tab gussets and c4 tire fitment kit. Custom made some some flares out of plow blade flaps lol.

This is the new truck it's gutless the back up camera looks like a potato but it will likely last 300k or more and is the best value for dollar in the truck world.

Future mods include 1 piece drive shaft marlin taco box and some archive hammerhangers

How’d you mount the BDs in your summit bumper? I’m using these brackets but a bezel would be slick. Also what’s with the angle on them? Looks like they are toe out almost as far as your ditch lights

@musicisevil I can snap a picture of the mount for you before I close off the back side of the arb if that would help.

 

@Chew lol I want the taco box badly. I fall trees and I'm usually a one man show. Lot of the residential work I do has me skidding big firs and reefing on them with the truck.

I am also considering portals maybe at some point for what you get they are kind of a bargain.

 

@bugsur thanks man, we have had a few Toyota over the years this one came together pretty nice if I do say so myself. It's good for what I need it for any way.

 

I didn't know ECGS sells full on replacement clam shell good to know. I will likely do that then pay someone labor thanks for the post, truck looks good. thinking of adding Bajas on my taco as well.

 

@SEVtaco ecgs has been at that a long time now. I would wager they geared most tacomas on this site certainly a lot of them.

We are at 7,000 feet in Wyoming and this truck was totally fucking gutless with just the armor and factory wheels and tires. Apparently my particular truck had 4:30's in it according to the shop that installed the gears. These trucks are way way over geared. 5:29's are pretty aggressive and while it feels better it's not much better. I don't need it to be fast just 4x4 low needs to be at least what my rubicon gladiator is or it's not exactly a usable truck to me personally. I'm debating a taco box or possibly even portals next year.

@musicisevil here's a shot of the back side the mount is a piece of stainless bent up to set them in there nicely. Hope it helps because arb armor is nice but you need some real lights in the fog position

 

Good looking truck, that’s a neat spot to put a switch panel.

 

I forgot to mention the lift. It's just ome nitro chargers, I don't want to be dealing with coilovers and rebuilding shocks. Think the control arms are the forged iron man aluminum jobs.

 

@Neal4x4 thanks man I had the sdhq mount for the lower dash. That thing was a knee knocker for sure. I took it off and had the shop relocate it there it's all boxed in with abs plastic hard to see from my crap photos but it's solid and puts it in an easy to reach spot.

 

Now that's a nice front bumper.

 

@Tocamo thanks man it's just an arb. This one came with damage to the powder coat so I decided to do all the armor in line-x in person it looks pretty good

I used the mounts I linked in my other comment on mine. Solid and not going anywhere. Was mostly just curious about the bezels visible from the exterior, but looking at them closer they look like what came with the bumper to wrap around the arb fogs. Luckily I threw all that stuff out I think
I have BD squadron sports in there now and am looking to move them to the top of the bumper and put some DD ss3 max sae in there to be courteous to others on the road.
Was going to ask about the texture but you already answered my question in another comment. Looks great man!

 

I saw a 2023 OR the other day in a parking lot here and it had a solid front axle....looked ready.

 

@musicisevil exactly it's the black cover we just fit them tightly to the squadrons. There is a shop in Seattle that did this treatment to a 4runner. Living where I do I need actual fog lights those halogen ones aren't cutting it.

 

How do you like your diamond back cover? I have one ordered and just waiting to arrive.
