can someone help me with my power out let

i have a short circuit somewhere i guess however cant figure out troubleshoot my power outlet and cigarette light t o charge my iphone and also radio is down i have replaced back of the radio fuse how no lights come on have check all the relay and fuse under the engine hood and driver side under the steering fuse box how do you check the wires of the pawer start of 120 v thx

 

Here’s how the circuit works.
Ignition ON, power flows to 15A Accessory Fuse, then to the Power Outlet Relay, and then to the power outlets.

Check the Accessory Fuse for power with key on.
Then pull the PWR Relay, with key on you should have power to 1 or the small terminals and one of the larger terminal.

 

What year truck? v6 or 4cyl?

Thank you so much I had the fuse and the loose position was on the accessory so I pulled them off and put it back again and radio came up about to check that outlet as well right now
