No. A show is a series. A movie is a single event! :hattip:

You can go to a movie that has multiple parts. So, yes, if you look at it in the sense of say, Star Wars, then it can be a series but not a show. A show is an single event. A series is multiple events related to the same underlying plot.

    Good for you

I've seen enough of that in other people to make me highly skeptical of the medical profession.
This despite the fact that one doctor saved my life and another did my inguinal hernia surgery.

    which reminds me...

    Story Time With Gritto

    @StayinStock :luvya:

When my Mother gave birth to my sister (her first child), Mother lost a lot of blood and was given a blood transfusion.
That blood was mis-typed and she went into shock.
    She barely survived.

Her second child (my elder brother) died of jaundice within days of birth.
Something to do with my Mother's antibodies, apparently, but it was poorly understood at the time.
That disastrous blood transfusion she received had consequences long after she recovered.

Then I was born and immediately showed signs of jaundice.
They say it started with my heels turning bright yellow.
Our family doctor was highly alarmed and rushed me to a hospital in Pittsburgh (~3 hour drive).
There they performed a total blood replacement transfusion... twice.
Our doctor was adamant that they do so, immediately.

All my life, I have resisted going to the doctor unless absolutely necessary.
For more reasons than the above, but this story is long enough.

My glide path to retirement was to take a part time delivery job at the local pharmacy.
BTW, I held out until full retirement age for Social Security :)
I've seen some messed up people.
    Messed up by multiple prescriptions.

Anyway, my doctor bugs me to come in for at least yearly "Wellness Visits".
The Lovely, Sainted and Formidable Mrs Gritto makes me go
It's interesting that the nurse always asks what prescriptions I'm on.
    None.
    [eyebrows raise]
It seems they think that's unusual :notsure:
