    Just gettin’ started
I found that video for adding back the straps looking for the oem jack and spare tire tool which were totally absent from my truck. Thought it was an ez project…it was.

The console storage I got here:

This is the reason I got my kit - which I need to finish...

Cool I'm prob going to pull the trigger on some this year... the AT tires I've run in the past are decent for the first season, but it definitely gets way worse as they wear down. My old 4runner has some blizzaks on it, that thing is a tank too. The truck was getting pretty sketchy last winter with my 3 year old toyo at3 tires

I had ko2 on this truck the first 2 years I had it, and they felt terrible in hardpack snow/slick conditions compared to duratracs I used to run... they actually did pretty well for a few seasons

Haven't done anything yet but I received a seat heating kit from Ebay. Paid $35 and comes with separate harnesses. The ones from Clazzio are ~$150 so I hope they work the same. I don't want to drill into my console for the round switches, so I am going to 3D print round switch holders. Looking forward to installing them :)

3.5 cans of fluid film, for Pennsyltucky brine bath season today, on my 2019. Notice some surface rust on hose clamps as well and addressed it. The burn off was a 2 mile purple haze.

Touched up several paint chips on the hood/rocker panels... black lumps are better than bare metal divots I suppose

I have to get my foglights out and get a coat of laminx film on them....the yellow stained glass spray paint looks great but it only lasts about 10 months.

I found this on my passenger side taillight... it's hard to capture in a picture but it looks like a bunch of stress fractures .. not sure of someone hit me in a parking lot, if a kid hit the light with a hockey puck/stick, if one of my sons drunk friends fell into my truck, if this was something I overlooked from my accident 18 months ago???? Who knows.... all I can say is I'm aggravated and unless my light takes on moisture I'm not going to replace it....just another of the many cosmetic blemishes my truck has been accumulating. ANNOYING!

My friend did the fluid film treatment for me this past weekend. 1st time trying it out. Hope it works as well as I've heard it does.

There's about 10-15 of them in one concentrated area. It's easy to see in person. I can't capture it in a photo. Almost like the housing is cracked, but not all the way ... it's like a bunch of stress fractures. Some kid probably whacked it in the parking lot of the ice hockey rink. I try and park away from idiots, but they are everywhere... so it's difficult

Not much going on my way, but did get a few small things:

    Added tinted license plate covers
Doggie hair brush for the seats and carpets (because dobie hair clings to these seats like a magnet)
Citrus interior cleaner to aid in rear seat area cleanup from previously mentioned dobie
Craftman air compressor w/impact and ratchet tools and set of impact sockets.
electrical connector supplies so I can clean up my mass wad of wires from adding relays and lights. Hopefully this will lead to me finishing rock lights.
Ceramic coating supplies to do paint and wheels
a better phone mount cuz Im tired of using the cup holder. this one I got is windshield cup generic blah blah. Its ugly and I dont like it and when I hit the release button the phone goes flying to random places in the truck.

    Planned:
    Finish rock lights
Ask that guy that just did Kicker speakers swap which ones he used. Also 10 inch sub box, kicker comp 10 and kicker amp.
    a better phone mount
do the ceramic coating but clay and polish first with my Rupes.
Do the Ac drain mod (whatever that consists of)
Pick a different bed cover ( I bailed on the cheapo used Flex unit because portions were bent)
Decide on air horn, because people can't hear the OEM horn and run me off the road because they cant hear it. (a dash cam here would have been amusing. Get Escort M1 to pair with Radar? )

The SR has only one horn.. at least my 4cyl does ... my son has an SR v6 and he has 2 horns. His horn is notably deeper and louder than mine

Just wiper blade refills and a cabin air filter. Filter was pretty dirty and full of leaves and maple tree helicopter seeds. Ordered some touch up paint from the yotam dealer. Bought a new hat while I was there. I love wearing Toyota gear in the motor city, :luvya:

Installed nonslip strips on the threshold of door openings to keep paint from wearing off on entry.
Hint: Just bought used 2020 Tacoma and pInt was worn off on threshold.

Also added matching plain black fabric steering wheel cover. Very subtle but comfortable and keeps wheel from slipping in hands.
