I was debating on buying a camper shell. Looked at a couple pics online of platforms and thought "fuck it, might as well try it out and see if I like it". Seemed like a better option than asking other people how to spend my money on something that's a personal preference:notsure:

I don't want to rep any business unless they're paying me. Never understood brand stickers.

I like to rep some businesses, ones with good selection and excellent customer service... If they're good, I'd rather they have more customers. But I'm not putting your sticker on just because you gave it to me... I have a place for those...

    Care to elaborate?

Genuinely curious, I *think* that's where I ordered my Slee brake lines for the LC cause they were cheaper there than anywhere else

Unless he's the business I hear bad mouthed on mud about not actually coming through with orders? So many LC vendors :bananadead:

I'm sure he does decent work and probably ships all the stuff that's posted on either of his two poorly built webpages. I just don't like his lack of help on the forum. He's just there to sell I guess, nothing wrong with that. There's plenty of places to buy the exact same stuff. He's one of those vendors that derails threads with his products even if they aren't entirely related or someone is asking a DIY question and I just don't appreciate it. He also hoards discontinued 80 series parts and then posts them at crazy markup on his sites or claims "I don't want to sell" but keeps talking about them.

Well that's really shitty of him but holy fuck you described another vendor to the T

Either they're not a vendor here anymore or they are and they're just out of sight out of mind...dammit this is going to bug me now until I remember

He's not a bad guy, but he's prominent and not what I would consider a good steward. I dunno the LC community is such utter dogshit I've lost most of the interest in mine. If it wasn't a super sentimental vehicle I'd probably have sold it by now.

Whenever I see someone who still has a dealership sticker or dealership license plate frame I have the urge to ask them if they are sponsored. Why else would you advertise for them for free? Seems dumb.
N319WA. Was watching him and the Chinook at the south end of the lake earlier. Usually see those guys around fires with its 6000# lifting capabilities. Both coppers in the area seem to be doing pre-season work at ski resorts or in your case, transporting power poles.

It would be great if we were getting a new lift or 2 more terrain sounds nice. Its a pretty cool looking design with the 2 rotor/blade setup.
