    morning all.

    most of you start out with coffee..... but since im a hilljack/redneck my morning starts with a ice cold Mt. Dew to wash down all my old guy pills.

    my lil man is recovering from the surgery. he was feeling pretty bad yesterday, but is showing definite improvement this morning. figure in a few days he will be much better. right now the main thing is to get him to not move much & no rough housing with the other dogs, who all want to sniff/lick him. cant leave him unattended for even a second right now. he already figured out how to get the suspenders & diaper off. cant really put him in a surgery suit right now cause they go under the armpits & hes got stiches there too.

    non dog: got the super duty all finished up yesterday while the wife watched dogs & that was a nice improvement!

    also got the spot in the yard where the 500gal propane tank was at cleared up. river rock moved, dirt leveled, soil down on top, seed, sticky hay all done right before the rain started. had about a ton of river rock to move.

    today is all about a grocery run to hold us for the next 2 weeks & then some house cleaning.

    yes but its archery season so i have to deal with those guys. but hunters are sometimes the best camping neighbors - they get up and out of camp early and quietly and are gone all day until dark. plus no one in their right mind will try to start any shit knowing that there are tons of heavily armed hunters in camp
