LED Interior lights, issues

Okay so I thought it would start a little simple LED replacement on the interior lights from a kid I bought from Cali something or other. I have to preface this by saying unfortunately I did not disconnect the battery. So we can forgo the pistol whipping on that unfortunate missed step. But now after messing with the dome light the six lights in the front of the truck no longer work. The six lights in the front that had been working now no longer work or does the dome light work. The 7.5 amp fuse looks to be in good shape but I'm going to route and grab a new fuse just to see if by chance it's that if it's by that has anybody had any experience as mentioned above and what else to try?

 

Return to the stock bulbs and see if they work. If they do, you’re all set. Forego the LEDs and leave well enough alone.

 

What do you mean by "the six lights in the front "?

 

Did you try to turn the bulbs around , if they don’t come on twist it and try again.

 

I think he means all the interior lights
