@Kwikvette I vastly underestimated the differences in changing a boy's vs girls diaper fml.

Just gave himself his first golden shower

Wait you didn't change Theo's diaper when you were here right?

6 months old and he still hasn't peed while I've changed it; thinking I should buy a lotto ticket :spending:

You really should because it's happened to both us where he lets loose mid diaper change, I did change Theos a few times and that didn't happen

I know you're supposed to lay a fresh diaper over it but he's moving around so much that's just futile...so many outfit changes

Well, I have to put a fresh one at his feet just before I pull the old one off cause otherwise he grabs it right away (his hands are fast)

He even tries sitting up when I change his diaper :bananadead:

Hopefully River quits peeing one out himself during future changes

    thank you for the help
it is indeed the gas tank hanger.

I’m away from home and my welder until December so I won’t be able to get on that until then.(13hr drive home)

would you say Im gonna do a lot of damage to it with some minor highway driving (3hrs every 2 weeks) until December or should I be ok until then. I would keep it off-road.

Everything above the hanger Is loose on the lower rail where the screwdriver exits the hole. So the main spots holding it together is the hanger and top rail and i hope a decent portion of the upright rail

if so I’m assuming pulling my rear bumper with dual swing outs a good idea to minimize weight back there? Would you agree with that?

Yeah I mean it was an issue with Sofia too because you really don't want a baby girl getting an infection down there, but there were fewer places for it to hide for sure

I do agree about pulling off the bumper just because although probably really wouldn't make too much of a difference.

You thinking about cutting off that mount?

Should make or get a plate that'll wrap around the bottom of the frame like a "U" with holes cut out the side panels for plug welding to the side of the frame.

No fits just getting her used to the new routine. Hard to explain it's just all different, and can't really expect a 3 year old to understand that without experiencing it and working through it with her

IF Safe T caps has that part of the frame to 'replace' then sure; I've never used them

Worst case you get to your truck whenever you can, cut out cardboard shaped as needed, even add "cuts" to it where it needs to be folded or what have you, then take pics and send me all the dimensions

    Or mail it to me

I'll cut you out a custom part out on my table and you can use it to patch up whatever needs fixing

Won't be free, but won't be expensive either as I like to be very reasonable

I should probably leave the mount until I can pull the bed as it provides some support although not a lot

you think I’m good to highway drive it responsibly or is that a complete death wise

After me and my friends pulled a gas tank out today and seeing just how little actually holds it back there...I'd want to add a sort of "safety back up"

You still have lines and hoses connected to it, but one end of the strap bolts in and the other is held in by a pin with a cotter pin in it
