    Getting ready to cook dinner in Ouray. This stove is expensive as fuck but worth every penny. It keeps me from having to use the induction cooktop that draws a pretty good amout of power depending on how long and what you are cooking. This stove takes care of that issue

    Hwy 145 leading out of Delores, up to Rico, Telluride, Ridgway, and on to Ouray:

    Much is said about Hwy 550 (as well as it should) because it is always a beautiful drive. But Hwy 145 keeps you literally in the mountains all the time. Probably the prettiest drive I've ever taken.

    I think I've been on all 350 miles of off road trails in the San Juan's over the years. Fun fact: The San Juan's were originally supposed to be the location of Rocky Mountain NP. But due to the remoteness of the mountains, they deemed it too hard to build an infrastructure into the mountains. So it was settled that Rocky Mountain NP was to be placed where it is currently because of the ease of getting the infrastructure built.
