Impressive game by the Niners. They have a real QB now.

He could throw zero until the playoffs and it wouldn’t save him. But that won’t happen, he is who he’s always been.

I think John Lynch deserves a ton of credit for putting this team together considering what they gave to Miami to get Lance. That was a huge miss but they’ve hit on most including FA and continued to get better and deeper at every level. Purdy will have a bad game at some point but his consistently high level of play makes it look like the receivers are all wide open when in fact it’s him finding the right guy to target very quickly and hitting him. If this is how quickly he processes as essentially a rookie imagine when the game slows down for him.

Nah man our defense is.. but our offense is atrocious in two very specific positions. I’ll let you guess which two

I happen to think that dialing back Dak to prevent pics is the wrong move when you have deep threat options like Cook and Lamb. Better to accept who he is and take advantage of his arm strength to stretch the defense. He looks hemmed in with this style of play. Their first(and only) TD is what they need to take advantage of. The deep throw pic happened after they fell well behind and the niners could afford to have a safety committed to that threat. He’ll still make occasional bad choices but they aren’t allowing themselves to hit on plays they aren’t running.

    RB and QB
Pollard has been a fairly large disappointment this season. Seems as if he’s better on a committee or just as a backup, occasional use guy

coach is mediocre and not necessarily a major deficit, yet.

Was just thinking Pollard might look a lot better with more imaginative play calling. What happened last night you pretty much have to lay on the GM for the players out there and the coaches for planning and prep. They all thought they were ready with a good plan. They weren’t and it wasn’t. The team was made to look bad. And I refuse to believe they are as bad a group of players as that. Good news is they still have what used to be an entire season to regroup. 3-2 doesn’t knock them out of the playoffs but how they lost does make you wonder if they’ll be even a wild card team with so many other hopefuls and the hardest part of the season still ahead. I think McCarthy is a dead man walking afa JJ’s concerned though. Nothing short of a Super Bowl win could save him and it’s just not in the cards.

Dallas is a powerhouse on defense. Losing our star corner took a toll for sure, but we are still solid.

Offense, we have a great offensive line, great receivers, great tight ends. QB is a 6th round pick.. and plays as such. Running Back doesnt have the power or is playing without spirit (Jury is out on which one, or both).

if we could get our receivers the ball consistently, that opens up the run game, and vice versa. But because our pass game is trash most days against decent defenses, that limits our run game.

it boils down to Dak not being consistent. He shows up and throws dimes one week, then shows up and cant seem to differentiate between friendlies and enemies. This is a problem that has plagued Dallas for most of my adult life. Romo was the same way. Dude could show up and handle the offense like Brady, but then show up and look like a full blown dumpster fire.

Maybe im disillusioned, and it's been coaching all along. I also know that Jerry is 85% of the problem from the top down.. but youre right. we have talent and always had but cant seem to put together a team with spirit and camaraderie

Niners are a powerhouse offense with some top tier skill positions.

look at the stats for their big stars. It’s more than any other team has held the niners to. Obviously with the exception of Kittle who dominated us last night.

but I’d still put Dallas in top three defenses in the league, even after that ass whoopin

Dak is a 4th round pick. Brady was a 6th round pick. Your argument is invalid.
