Thanks, I had to do it with style, :crapstorm:

unloaded it last night. Just dragged it of the bed most of the way. Used a cherry picker to lift it off the bed and drove the F350 forward then lowered frame to ground. Fairly easy task.

Need steering rack (leaks) and an oil pan ( dented it with a jack)
Came with cab mounts but ill get new ones if needed.

Guy at work used to do frame swaps at a dealership. Going to pick his brain a bit. Hope the weather holds out for some work.

Guy at work mentioned some good tips and He did them in 18 hours while getting paid for 60.

    Cab mounts n bolts
    fuel and brake lines complete
fuel pump, sending unit and tank straps
LCA and UCA with new bolts
Steering rack, hoses and steering shaft

He might be able to help me in three weeks if I get into a jam. Claims to miss working on them

I see that you cut the bed bolts, when you re-install, consider tapping the new frame bed bolt hoes to 1/2-13 and going with stainless bolts vs putting in the toyota bolts back in...

i had to cut them, even with 3 foot cheater bar they would not turn much but enough to lift and push washer down and cut with sawzall with out affecting the bed

last time I was involved in a frame swap we got all the running gear under the frame. was much easier to roll the frame around a bit under the cab plus installing the suspension with nothing in the was was actually really nice!

rear suspension is all unbolted, gas tank loose, fuel vapor thing is off and ebrake lines unmounted
spare tire holder nuts spun and have to cut them
bumper hitch might be too rusty and bumper is shot
cant see how to remove ebrake from cab so after that I can move the rear out
