Why? They mean the same thing. You’re attempting to argue semantics. Inferences are hard though, we get it.

In any regard, the white Tacomas have had a reputation of being “the worst” (how’s that for quantifying?) even if yours has held up just fine lol

I have cement. I think it's a good color. In 3 years with regular waxing and being outside mine looks good. I think it's probably very similar to silver and lunar rock in how it doesn't show dirt so much. Plus I always get compliments about the color from men and women alike.

In my area there are a lot of gray vehicles. When on the road I prefer to blend in with traffic.
    Magnetic Gray Metallic, here.

There are also over 300 million people in the United States. 41 million is a lot but probably not enough to say English grammar is soon over. Language tends to evolve over time though.

Sorry OP, but it looks like we are going to argue about grammar for awhile.

I’ve had my quicksand taco since March of 17. Been washed at least twice and she is still as beautiful as ever, stupidest thing Toyota ever did was to eliminate quicksand. :annoyed:

41m was the estimated number as of 2022, the actual number is probably much higher. AI does not seem to recognize grammar and that will expand much faster than any language that isn't English. I just think grammar is going to become less important over time, and that time will be here faster than you know it.

Good luck with the hunt for the next taco OP!

Aside from the increased risk of failure on the white tacos (as documented here on TW), I think they all hold-up well.

Said that, then it all comes down to aesthetics. In my opinion the best colors are Cavalry Blue, Quicksand, Army green, and Solar Octane (in no particular order).

They all fall short of Lunar Rock, however. :D - I think it is the best color by far!

I personally would not get black (too much of a pain on any car, and will degrade with time as scratches accummulate), White (These are all pest control company tucks and have issues potentially...).

The world needs some color. Not blandness...

What color are you leaning towards? On a PRO, the only option, I believe, is the 'special' color the others are colorless... It seems this is also rewarded upon resale. It is certainly more prone to mark-ups on new PROs.

I love my Cement for that reason! Never really seems to look dirty. Doesn't show pin strips or swirls. It can be a pretty boring color since it is hard to make it pop.

Why Toyota dropped that color and brought Lunar Rock I'll never know.

Quicksand reminds me of Magpul Flat Dark Earth.

If money was no object I'd get my truck painted with Cerakote FDE. Pretty scratch resistant on my AR-15 & AR-10.

    Dude has to be colorblind!!!

The best thing about that color is you can fix dents with JB Weld and nobody would know.

That is the one planned to have warp engines (with a 5 speed gearbox)?
