Dang that sucks. I don’t think anyone already said this but have you considered upgrading to a full steel bumper?

Of course with a full bumper with the silly looking hoops, you'll need to upgrade your front suspension...

    Just trying to help!

And if you’re gonna go through that work, it’s probably time for bigger tires and a regear. Since you are regearing, might as well do front and rear air lockers

Glad you're okay. I'm just amazed at how dirty that deer was; look at all the dirt it left on your truck

Can't get blasted any more than me saying I just used 80w90 in the front diff because it's what the place I stopped at had and it isn't as big a deal as some make it out to be.

That's a C4 Fabrications Hybrid. I looked long and hard at this one. The deal breaker for me was the increased exposure to winter salt. But it sure do look good.

Agreed, I love how these ones look but feel like salt would kill the front end super fast. Jealous of desert people who can rock those, so many spots for lights too!

    Now you’re thinking like TW!

Side note: I finally found enough rain to make me want to go home. Also all the falls on the west/southwest part of the state are dry, and fall colors are either done or just blergh this year (or both).

Nice drive along the bluffs on the MN side though down US-61. I could drive this back and forth and still never gets old. Well, time to head home and back to reality… :pout:

Got some better pictures after work. The whole front end is tweaked. Headlight assembly is broken. Fender is bent. My buddy said the core support alone would be a couple thousand $$. Oof.

If it's gonna be all wiggly, that's an opportunity to put leafs up front and just smash it in the winter and then you can shop for another clean one later

Dang, man. That’s got me thinking I need a full width bumper too (and the new suspension, re-gearing, and front locker that apparently need to go with that). That sucks! What’s the core support? Is that where the tow loops are?

Do what you want James but ever since I put that bumper on my truck I have never even got close to a deer.
