Got my nephew's adoption ceremony tomorrow at the courthouse, my sister's husband is adopting him and we're all pretty excited.


His biological dad has been MIA 99% of his life, in and out of rehabs and living on the street

 

This happened right before the game started and she is still passed out. The Hockey gods have smiled on me.

It really is, he really stepped up from the get go when they were just dating. They've been married for several months now but it took some time to get the adoption done, mostly because his biological father refused to sign the paperwork even though he hasn't seen his 10 yr old son in several years. Sister had to hire lawyers to track him down and practically force him

@Empty_Lord TIL The MR2 Spyder only came in a manual or an automated manual trans. I kept running into ads where I'd see what appeared to be Toyota's gated automatic pattern but they were listing it as a manual. Finally someone posted a zoomed in photo and PRNDL was not present lol.

The thing that I enjoy most about the Cruiser Crawl compared to Rendezvous is that nobody gives a fuck about what your rig looks like, what brand op pop-up tent, the latest cooking utensils, or outrageous angry eyes. Come as you are, relax, drink some beers, wheel, and listen to the band. I seriously doubt that anybody is in debt either.
