    Posted this in my other thread but it seems the truck has been having some misfires while under higher boost. I hoped the spark plugs would be the solution. Well on the way home they haven't gone away. No codes either which makes it hard to narrow down.

    A few months ago I read about the "intercooler weep hole mod" on the F150 forum specifically for EcoBoosts and thought it was pretty interesting. They all said it would drain the blow by and condensation from the intercooler and prevent missfires.

    Tonight I threw a Hail Mary and did the unspeakable and drilled the 1/16th hole in the intercooler. I was soooo friggin nervous! :oops:
    Immediately I had oil come out just like they said it would! :yes:

    I pray this is the fix and it goes away! :pray::pray::pray::pray::pray:

    This oil puddle was after 30 minutes!
