Cheap Bumpers on eBay!!

Going a different direction with my build now and this will be coming off when the replacement comes in, this is the first edition of this bumper (I had to notch the AC line to make the bumper work/fit good). Any in SoCal interested in buying one of these? Wanted to throw out a feeler on if any overlanders would be interested. (Please excuse the faded headlights)

 

I did it. Needed a bumper out of necessity, and would rather put the money saved toward some F5’s. I really dig what some of these shops are doing, and would love to support them, but can’t justify the cost. Maybe if I was a serious off roader, or an IG douchebag.

Just need some fogs. I think some 3.5” Amazon specials should it. White or yellow?

I put it on before I really took a good look. I’ll give it a shot thanks! Covers the logo too, which my wife kindly pointed out haha!

 

I recently got the DV8 bumper from eBay and threw on a cheap winch and fogs. So far I’m super pumped with the setup, I’m not a serious off roader per say, but spend every weekend exploring the roads around the pnw. This setup definitely gives me more confidence in weird situations, and has worked well for recovering other vehicles so far. It was a bit of a pain to get on, not all the holes lined up very well, but with a little grinding and an extra set of hands we were able to get it mounted. I like the looks, much more aggressive than the stock rounded bumpers of this gen.

I was looking into these again recently and I wish I bought it when it was 500 bucks. They're a grand+ now. May as well just buy it from allpro

 

My tube bumper finally came in so if you are in socal and looking for one of these let me know this should be coming off after this rain we are having

hard to tell from the pictures, but i would assume the newer design

 

Based on the 8th pic of the inside of the bumper, it's the old single piece design. Which is a little surprising.
If you buy it, make sure you can get your money back if turns out to not be true.

even when i bought mine several years ago - they had the one-piece pictures on the listing, but it showed up in multiple pieces. best bet would be to call probably

its all the same shit. once assembled, they look basically the same. took some hits and kept ticking. for 400 bucks, you cant beat it

 

I like the inverted side plates version. I would have gotten it if they had it out when I was getting mine.
