For my neighbor, the one I made the large 10' x 12' work space for in his shop

He recently moved to a different location cause -

New building owner is raising the lease per month, requiring contract, wants any and all repairs done only by licensed personnel (and done at the lessee's expense), and enforcing some other minor BS while not wanting to put a hand in helping with upgrades or other maintenance

The building is over 70 years old give or take and he said he wouldn't mind doing stuff himself, but the "requiring licensed personnel" just did it for him

 

I need to finish projects for myself; I got a super simple one for tomorrow for my local customer

The guy I cut parts out for his low rider bike swung by with another project, to cut 3 of these -



They'll go above the speaker box he custom built, and it's 3 because they're going to be connected to these electric linear actuators and when activated they'll pop up and out the same way the bed does on a low rider truck

 

That's the most adorable linear actuator I've ever seen
