The opening on the plates allows for the motors to 'rest' in when in the collapsed position

I read a story on Reddit a bit ago where a guy in socal that killed one after it attacked his husky in his backyard. Said he got it to bite down on a rake handle then his husky ripped it's stomach open, after which he beat it's head in with the pointy end. Weird for them to go after a dog bigger than they are.

Are you building a new ship using an already registered ship as the platform?

That's how you "build" from scratch essentially right?

I often steal ships not cause they're worth selling but because they'll carry a ton of credits inside it's hull; this one had almost 7k

Ya I've just been adding to Frontier, I find it doesn't really matter too much on size since you can't have more than one reactor to power all the upgraded stuff anyway

mister 2 is apart... new transmission is apart for gear and LSD swap... lifes busy.. once shes assembled again the old transmission has to come apart for its LSD swap and 5th gear swap to go into my other 93 mr2 getting the 2.7..... then i have a second gen taco getting frame swapped...

going from 4.2 final to a 3.6 final should help ALOT with street ability.. yea it wont be as violent accelerating.. but i can fix that with more power.. LOL, it is also getting a custom limited run 5th gear to further enhance the street manners. (i got tired of 4000 rpm at 80 mph.)

I don't really wanna "reset" and lose my outposts, and gun and contraband collections lol

Did you find the prototype Breach (nearer the end of the constellation quest line)? Gamechanger. Seemingly an ideal power leveler if you can find a planet with good aliens. I use it almost as much as the Hunter's rifle drop that's worth 3x as much...running low on ammo though
