Wisconsin area events- TIGERTON AUGUST 8-10!!!

I've seen what you can do, I think all James was mentioning is that some of the more "interesting" things we (not me) did, were not on the well used trails. There were some areas that are very difficult, yet not hard on the vehicle (unless you really fucked up). Those are areas that in my novice level of wheeling, it never would have occurred to me that they were even possible, yet most of them were climbed with some ingenuity, a couple were not passable though, unless the winch was used...

Btw, I think Stoney has never met you or understands what you and Blue are capable of. If he did know, I'm sure he'd happily be willing to learn a thing or three from you.

I went ahead and booked site 65 at Tigerton for Sunday night. Definitely room for a couple more trucks!

 

I want to go in the worst way...then, the practical asshole says: you don't have many good weekends left to get the yard work caught up and the Woolwax done on the truck. Then there's the motorcycle that needs attention before winter, and...

If I can get something done outside on Saturday, maybe...

 

Yeah, I was staring at that Woolwax kit just yesterday, and I decided I'll probably get the truck nice and dirty this weekend and then do a very thorough cleaning before I spray it on. I got the Audi started yesterday and moved it to the other side of my driveway, giving me easier access to the garage if needed. So, I may be able to get the truck in there and turn on the heater for some work in the coming weeks.

Would be great to see you and your winch on Sunday!

Hopefully, the rain tomorrow and Friday flush out some of the mud from last weekend.

 

I missed a lot lol glad everyone made it through @pearing 's trails and got some seriously beautiful pictures. I swear I'll eventually make it up there.

@rubbersidedown I'm seriously tempted to take another day off and go up with you. Alas she made plans for us already. Pumpkin farms have a weird pull on women. If you have any time during the 31st through the 10th of November I'll be on PTO taking care of my daughter.

My mother in law is our primary babysitter and she's going to Mexico for two weeks for dental work. I'll get bored of housework eventually
