Bed Light on 2023 SR5

Are the holes in the bed pre-wired for lights? if not what is my best options for lights…

Yes, all wiring and connectors are in place. Buy the light assemblies and it is plug and play. Takes about 10 minutes per side to install. Got mine off Amazon for around $20. Work great!

Um, you better do some more checking because I really doubt your SR is going to be pre-wired. My SR5 is not.

I did also. If you wait you can get them on sale during one of the many seasonal sales coming up, he always posts some kind of big discount.

 

I've run Matt's lights for a number of years. Great stuff, especially under a closed tonneau at night!

 

If you bought the truck with the stock toyota tonneau cover, the bed lights will come with it.....at least my 2020 did.

 

My 2022 SR5 was pre-wired for the bed lights. Don't know about the SR.

 

I can’t say 100% that the SR5 will, but I believe I read somewhere that the newer (post-2019?) SR5 are pre-wired.

I just did my 21 TRDOR and the wires were there and easily accessible via the taillights, took 10-15 minutes.

 

my buddies 22 SR5 was pre wired but no switch.
If you have an all red 3rd brake light you might not have the switch.
