Takeoffs are available for ~$50 on FB marketplace all the time if you just want a replacement. I don’t know anything about those aftermarket ones.

I break mine regularly so I stopped buying OEM. I just get the cheapest ones I can Find paired with the MESO Total Tails. No issues.

This could likely be the route I go. Did you ever end up needing the load resistors? If so, how/where did you mount them?

    Thanks.

Same. I bought a set of 2017-2019 TRD PRO Taillights from there. The TRD Pro taillights turned out to be fake (marketed as OEM) so I bought a set of real 2020+ TRD Pro taillights directly from my local toyota dealership

I bought one of those exact ones off carparts and look the same as the OEM ones enough for me. No issues on the install. Also new cheap bumper caps below it that I look the color more than the OEM glossy ones.

interested in how you could tell they were aftermarket instead of OEM? I just bought a set of OEM from BAM, but I didn’t verify they were authentic since I have no clue how.

The sealant between the lens and the housing and the markings were not OEM spec when I compared them to a real set of 2017-2019 TRD Pro taillights. I ended up getting a bunch moisture in my taillights after a few months, so thats why I replaced them. (This was ~3 years ago)
