@Jtcmedic I modified 4 of these wine bottle holders to hold a candle for a guy, told him he owed me $20 and he said great and ask do I barter, I said yeah. He’s a beekeeper and we traded for honey.

I was in East Boothbay a couple of weekends ago. Mostly fogged in but I got this highly zoomed pic just as we were heading out, zoom to the 2 white dots in the trees :oldglory:

Nice! We have quite a few bald eagles around here. The vehicle bridge locally that crosses a large river runs parallel to a railroad trestle which is a favorite hang out for bald eagles and ospreys, sometimes with multiples of each type of bird.

This weekend my wife overheard a comment from one of the people visiting out of state who asked if they had seen an eagle nearby flying around that was mostly white. The clerk at the front desk said "Maybe". Pretty sure that the woman spotted a seagull. Since we are not very nice people the rest of the day when we could see a seagull (hundreds of them) we excitedly labeled them an eagle! o_O

Well, pads and rotors changed. I need to order a caliper bracket, a stuck slide pin was the culprit. Got it working enough to drive the car till I can get the bracket and change it

    Please clarify.

You traded your fab skills for $18 in honey?

Honey is good, but I'd really have to love it emensly.

I'm going back to review the thread.

I'm not even turning on the lights for $20.

I can understand it. Good, natural honey is very different than the stuff they sell in the grocery store, and not cheap.

We sell our honey for 12.00 a lb. It takes a lot of work to get and manage hives. If I charged what it’s worth time and hrs involved, it may never sell. Value vs worth.
I love having it available for my neighbors. And am glad to have learned the skill to work and manage hives.
