Somehow i ended up taking home 2 lbs of this. Zero complaining. Vacuum sealed and in the freezer. One lb will be made into Mac and cheese for sure. Maybe the second into sandwiches and or paninis. This stuff was goooooood.

    Working on it
We had more pig at work today.

Y'all should have taken some of that too.

Also I just ate some of that block of smoked swiss and it's excellent.

Glad it came out well! I know it was a little spicy for some folks, maybe next time I'll use a little more cream cheese to balance out the heat a bit more. Mac and cheese is definitely a great idea for the leftovers, that and sliders on potato rolls with a little blie cheese dressing

My tent ended up in the dumpster (6 person Coleman). Freaking thing leaked like a sieve…. Like to the point that there was standing water on the floor! We haven’t used it for some 3 years, and come to think of it, it might have leaked some beck then.

How old was the coleman? I ask because I have an older 4 person tent with a separate rain fly, but I know the waterproofing around the seams is old and failing. I went to REI andpicked up like a $15 bottle of sealant to reapply to the stitching and it's good to go.

Awesome. I'm excited for that i haven't made it before, and i realize now that you were a guinea pig.

Oh i have like 30 buns and that was just a bag matt dropped in the bed when we unloaded. It was bun city there. I'll probably throw some on a sandwich for sure.

It was spicy but not overpowering, it caught me off guard because i wasn't expecting it but it was great. That level of spice is good, it's the "oh yeah we dropped a ghost pepper in because we like to hate life" spice is just silly.

so..... my driver DRL stopped working in the rain on Saturday. Magically started working yesterday. Saw the headlight was full of water. Guess I'm going to figure out where the hole is and seal that up.

It was about 5 1/2 years old, used for maybe 2 summers. I used the seam sealant twice in it, last time maybe 3 (maybe4) years ago, definitely not before this trip. There was still some residue left though. Like I said, it leaked. Not only from the seams, most of the walls were wet and dripping (except for the area directly under the optional rain fly).
so that being said, I have decided that I don’t wanna find out next time around if I’ve done a good enough job, trying to seal this POS

Could go the route my late grandfather took. The ever-so-creative fella used Thompson's Water Seal on his tent

Great event per usual! Thanks for putting everything together @Arcticelf @TwistedTLM4 @Redmann. Food was outstanding. Had a great time talking and wheeling with everyone. Sorry, no photos to contribute, too busy getting trail damage . Until next year folks! Also if anyone plans on wheeling AOAA or rausch in the near future, hit me up! I'm always down to go

Good question. I knew I should have turned on trail tracking on OnX.

    @Fifthwind?

I think it was this one in blue. Does that show on OnX what it's called?

I am 99% sure it was 35, Excalibur. Either way - nothing on the YouTube. It's mystical.
