You show up on the only day they're open, Saturdays. They open at 11 I think but you need to get there at 9. Bring chairs and tailgate. They offer free beer while you wait.
It's Texas style BBQ so the brisket is amazing. So are the burnt ends. The pulled pork is just ok. I've had much better. Last time we went @w.adventures got the giant beef rib.
