    It’s well worth the wait. They also have popups at breweries around Charlotte, but there’s a wait for those too, guess you’re SOL.

    Their main business is a food truck. Which is why they only open on Saturdays at a restaurant. Most legit bbq places are only open a few days a week anyways.
